Hello there! My name is Marivie Anne Garcia. I was born and raised in the rice granary of the Philippines, Nueva Ecija. I graduated Cum Laude from the University of Baguio with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. I am a free spirited person who loves travelling and meeting people from different walks of life. I find it really interesting learning other countries’ cultures, I guess that’s why I took up my major. Nevertheless, I found teaching English to be equally exciting as working in hotels, resort or even Cruiseship. With this, I make sure to exert my full knowledge and skills in every work that I do, making sure that I get to deliver quality and excellence be it in teaching or simply providing customer service. I’ve been teaching English Online to foreigner English learners for about 4 years already. I have taught Koreans, Chinese, Japanese and even Spanish as well. I am very much flexible in teaching students, from adjusting to their levels, to helping them prepare for examinations like IELTS, TOEFL and TOEIC or even an Interview. I love having Freetalking as well, for me it’s a great way to learn while having fun. Well, I just recently got my TEFL certification and currently having my TESOL Course Online to improve my teaching skills and be more competitive in imparting my knowledge to my future students. Lastly, my passion in meeting new people is what makes me love teaching so much. I especially enjoy it when I know I get to instill something worth it to my students. Apart from my love for travelling, visiting new places I am also interested in watching movies, reading books and listening to music.
