Hi there! My alias is Norge. I’m a Full time mother with three children. I used to work at BPO/Call center industry so that I can enhanced my customer service and communication skills. My previous job was technical and customer service support at AT&T U-verse for 5 years, which handling issues for television, internet and home phone service. I handled client e-mail issues as well. I have won several performance awards and been promoted twice from agent level to subject matter expert and luckily I got the supervisor post because of my great score and attendance. I’d really describe myself as a person with a versatile skill-set, a lot of integrity and a willingness to go the extra mile. I have always been an achiever; be it academics or professional life or sports or any other field in my life. I believe in success through hard work & dedication. My motto in life is to ‘If you want something, work hard & you will achieve it; there are no shot cuts’. I enjoy life to the fullest & love humor. I am a progressive thinker & respect each person’s space & values. I always love nature that’s why my goal is to travel not just here in the Philippines but also around the world.
